This Victorian Rococo dress is made of high-quality Poplin, soft and comfortable to wear. The very full floor-length skirt is gathered into the waist of the bodice - large enough to accommodate a hoop. The fitted bodice features a narrow panel of pleated black taffeta framed in black gimp, which frames the front and back panels in a figure-flattering line. A standup black taffeta collar finishes the high neckline, and three-quarter length sleeves. The front closes with black buttons.
